We received a warm welcome to the Mill House which provided the ideal place for an extended family get together to join wedding celebrations at a local venue. The accommodation is spacious and very “well appointed” with everything you could need provided. Our family group ranged in age from 3 to 88 years, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Along with a pool table, sauna and hot tub facilities in the Mill House accommodation there are great facilities on the site. The children particularly enjoyed the playbarn and play area facilities, and getting to know the chickens.
Just come back from an amazing two week stay with Robert and Blue, and of course the ever so bubbly Julie, plus Bella and Millie, well what can I say other than “BRILLIANT” , I would totally recommend a stay here , very good quality in all the cottages, made to feel like friends by all the staff, and the play barn and Jimmys barn are an added extra, We enjoyed our stay so much that by the third day we had already decided to come back next year , and have already booked ! Again our thanks to Robert, Blue and Julie for giving us the best two week holiday we have had in a long time! see you all soon x
Scott - August 2014Can’t sing The Mill House’s praises high enough – It was absolutely perfect in every way, so much space for a big group to feel at home and comfy without being in each others’ pockets. The hot tub was absolutely divine and well looked after considering how much use it got…Robert and co were very welcoming and friendly and the house had everything we needed and much, much more. We’ve decided (all ten of us) that we will DEFINITELY be back, whether together or with our respective families (or both). Absolutely brilliant.
Rachel, June 2014 - July 2014Loved looking at the beautiful evening sky from the hot tub! Feeding the horses and watching the squirrels, also Millie the collie playing pool against the kids and pinching the balls off the table!! Very peaceful and very friendly hosts, very attentive and so accommodating. IF I had to complain it would be to say the time went by so fast, before we knew it we were on our way home. Hopefully we will be back again next year – looking forward to it already. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
